Imagine you had a giant sentient teddy bear, much like Ted, but twice as cuddly and a hundred times more family friendly. Now imagine that bear went around the country and ate all the crazy stunt dishes served at various restaurants. And now imagine that the bear was a human named Adam Richmond and you have the show Man vs. Food.

For four years Adam toured this great land eating every crazy dish of legend and yore, but it was in September of 2010 that he ventured to Ann Arbor Michigan in search of climbing the legendary Mt. Nacheesmo at Tios Mexican Cafe. And by climbing, I of course mean eating. In the world of nachos, there are many whales, some as big as your ass, but only one Moby Dick, and that is the five pound behemoth that is Mount Nacheesmo. Behold the majesty...
